Rates & Package Tours

The package tours are available for daily departures. Depending on the actual flights used, the schedules of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap tours may need to be adjusted from that shown.
While Angkor Tourism offers a wide selection of hotels, the accommodation capacity in Siem Reap during the high season may be limited. Angkor Tourism reserves the right to make alternative accommodation arrangements for you should your preferred hotel not be available. We will endeavor to arrange alternative accommodation at a similar standard to your request and notify you of any proposed changes.

All Angkor Tourism Tours INCLUDE:

· Accommodation in twin/ double sharing room
· Local English, Japanese, French, or Chinese speaking guide as appropriate
· Local German or Spanish speaking guide are subject to availability and additional costs Transportation by car, van or coaster coach, with air-Conditionsing
· All required entrance fees to Angkor Temples and local attractions
· Meals as specified in the tour programs.

All Angkor Tourism Tours EXCLUDE:

· Cambodian tourist visa fee, US $20 on arrival
· International and domestic airfares
· Domestic airport departure tax, US $10 (Phnom Penh) & US $4 (Siem Reap)
· International airport departure tax, US $20 (Phnom Penh) & US $8 (Siem Reap)
· Fees for photo and video cameras in museum in Phnom Penh.
· Insurance
· Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, beverages and meals not specified in the itinerary
· Tips and gratuities

Transport Limitations

Due to the limited coach capacity and access restrictions, group size should ideally not exceed 30 persons in Siem Reap and 40 persons in Phnom Penh.

Tour leader Benefits

One tour leader would benefit from one complimentary accommodation (in a twin share room) for each booking of 16 person.

Cancellation Policy

Should you or a customer have to cancel the tour, you must advise us in writing. The cancellation is effective only upon receiving letter, fax or e-mail from you. Cancellation is subject to an additional charge to cover our booking costs.

- 30 days prior notice for cancellation of a group booking is required.
- 8 days prior notice for cancellation for F.I.T. (independent travelers) is required.

Liability

Angkor Tourism acts an intermediary between airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices and other service providers. Consequently, Angkor Tourism can not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists, including those occurring outside the tour programs.
Additional expenses incurred due to cancellation or delay, accident, natural disasters, political actions or unrest, must be borne by the tourist.

Tour program prices, services and Conditionss are based on those valid at the time of publication and may be subject to modification without prior notice before or during the tour. Seasonal variations and changes notified to us well in advance will be reflected in the advertised prices on this web-site wherever possible but Angkor Tourism and/or its web site managers accept no liability for any delays in presenting updated information.

Payments

- All rates quoted in the tour programs are net (VAT included) in US dollars.
- Full payment should be received not less than 7 days prior to the commencement of services.
