Bunsoeuth, the agent, is very helpful and always responds quickly whenever I have some questions about the tour and whenever I needed to change my schedule. Henk, the guide, has deep extensive knowledge not only about the history of the Angkor temples, but also the history about Cambodia. I had a wonderful discussion with him during the tour and very much pleased with his professionalism. The driver is also very helpful and courteous. As other reviewer has mentioned here, I very much like the idea of the iced cold water provided before and after visiting the temples as the weather could get very hot.
